Blacklight “Ultraviolet” group art exhibit

All artwork submitted should be created for viewing in a Blacklight (glow in the dark) setting.
An Introduction to Blacklight Painting seminar April 24, 12pm-2pm
Opening Reception June 12, 2nd Saturday Art Walk 6pm-10pm
Closing Reception July 24, Last Saturdays Metro Night Out 6pm-8pm

PROSPECTUS

REQUIREMENTS:
All media accepted. Limit 2 pieces, unless cleared with curatorial committee.

ENTRY FEES:
Entry fee is $25 per piece or 2 for $40. A $15 (per piece) scholarship discount is available for students and first time exhibitors at the dA. Entry fees help produce the opening reception.
Note: The dA helps support itself through art sales. Any work labeled NFS (not for sale) will be charge a $50 per piece entry fee! Gallery commission is 40%.

Wednesday, May 26, noon to 4pm &
Thursday, May 27, noon to 9pm (or by appointment before drop off dates)

READ THE FINE PRINT
PLEASE, deliver your pieces clean, dry, framed and ready to hang (no exceptions). Smaller works must have wire on the back to hang from. Larger canvases must be on suitable stretchers, trimmed and edges painted. The dA will not accept work that is not presentable and/or difficult to hang.

PICK-UP: Wednesday, July 28, noon to 4pm and Thursday, July 29, noon to 9pm.
If you cannot pick up your work on this day, please designate someone to pick-up the work (you must authorize this at drop-off). We don't have room to store your art; therefore you will be charged $5 per day for any late pick-ups.
