BETWEEN THE FRAMES is a group exhibition curated by CEZZART.
CEZZARTT, the artistic persona of Los Angeles-based Cesar Aguiar, defies singular definition. He's a Chicano Artist, bilingual creative force who thrives at the intersection of music and visual art. Cesar's artistic journey began early, with a passion for both crafting music and bringing ideas to life visually.
Musically, CEZZARTT established himself as the frontman of Unsound Sunday. Their 2018 self-titled debut resonated with audiences, showcasing Cesar's songwriting prowess and collaborative spirit. He's seamlessly blended his talents with a diverse range of artists, including Dave Tirio of Plain White T's, Tony Trombone of Iration, and Eric Vorel of TLB, Sal Rodriguez of WAR, and helped many musicians and artist throughout his musical and artistic Journey.
CEZZARTT's artistic side draws inspiration from various styles and movements, including abstraction, geometric forms, cubism, surrealism, and contemporary art, which creates this synthetic-Cubism in his works. While details about his solo exhibitions remain under wraps, his artistic influence is evident at Cezzartt Studios, a creative space where he collaborates with other artists. This artistic duality is central to CEZZARTT's identity.
He isn't just a musician who paints, or a painter who makes music; both aspects fuel each other. This unique perspective allows him to translate emotions and ideas into captivating melodies and visually striking compositions. Whether through his music or his art, CEZZARTT's passion for creation and his ability to collaborate with diverse talents leave a lasting impression.
